Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship to all US states; we do not offer shipping to US territories at this time.

Our shipping partners are DHL, the United States Postal Service and Fedex. Once an order is shipped, you will be sent tracking information, so you can follow your purchase all the way to your doorstep! You can find your tracking details by logging into My Account, then click on Orders.

Standard Shipping:

  • Free for all orders over $75.
  • The average transit time is 3-7 business days.
  • We do not guarantee shipping times for Standard Shipping. 

Expedited Shipping:

  • Orders are shipped with Fedex for an additional $10.95.
  • The average transit time is 2-3 business days.
  • We do not guarantee shipping times for Expedited Shipping.
What if my order is damaged?

BrainBrands offers 100% shipping warranty on all packages! With our package protection program, you shouldn't have to worry about lost, stolen or damaged packages.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order with BrainBrands online on our website or by calling 415-529-5004. We’ll be happy to assist you!

When will my order Ship?

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped after payment has been received. We ship orders from our warehouse Monday through Friday from 9am-3pm (PST). If your order is in before 9am (PST), it will be processed the same day.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive your DHL/FedEx tracking number to the email address associated with your order or account. Please keep in mind that the estimated shipping time (3-7 business days) begins once your product has been shipped.

You can view tracking details for your order by visiting your Orders page. Click “view” on the order you wish to track, then scroll down. Here you’ll see your tracking details.

How do I get started with Subscriptions?

Create an account by clicking "Login" at the top of any page on BrainBrands.org, then select "Create an Account." Enter your information then click register. Start shopping!

When selecting the product size/dosage on any product page, select "Subscribe and save 20%“ and choose the frequency before adding the product to your cart.

How do I add change / pause / cancel my current subscription?

To change, pause, or cancel, simply log into your account to manage your subscription. Go to “My account” > “Subscriptions”.

When does my subscription renew?

Your renewal date depends on the frequency chosen when starting your subscription (i.e Every 4 weeks, every 3 weeks, etc.). By purchasing a Subscription you certify that your subscription includes an initial charge and a recurring charge at pre-specified intervals and for the subscribed rate.

BrainBrands subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal. When you sign up for a subscription you agree that your credit card will receive charges on a recurring basis in accordance with the products and pricing selected in your subscription.

You can pause or change the frequency of your subscription by logging into “My account” and navigate to “Subscriptions.”
